Mindful embodied movement is a gentle practice of nurturing the feeling of wholeness, grounding and balance within your whole being through conscious movement, breathing and presence. In 2024 I completed the ‘Back to the Heart’ YTT200 with Calli Popham from Embodied Beings through which I acquired the fundamentals in practicing embodied yoga.

With a combination of asana, breath work, mindfulness, somatics, sound, and soothing touch we will circulate energy so that you can feel deeply connected to your relaxed, effortless, beautiful life-force flowing abundantly through your sacred body, so that you can feel the power within you.
